2 gigs, one night

I didnt think we could do it it but we did. 2 shows in one night. We got onstage for the second show at Arleens Grocery at about half 2 in the morning slightly worse for wear and my throat started packing in a bit but it was a great show.
Thanks again to to all the other bands and the good people who made us feel very welcome.
Im off to recover now. My mouth feels like a badger has shat in it and and my stomach feels like Michael Flatley is performing Riverdance in it with his whole troop.
Heres hoping I dont get caught short in the elevator up to the top of the empire State Building.

Well, we're not dead yet but if the people on the roads over here have anything to do with it it wont be long. American freeways are a free for all but luckily Jarret is well used to it.
The shows have been pretty good so far and we've had a chance to meet Boomer, Eugene and Leighann from the Swervie and Terra Message boards.
On Thursday we got the chance to look about DC, check out the Lincoln Memorial and give the White House the vickies....which was nice.
We're in New York now. Talk about culture shock. I feel like Crocodile Dundee. Its awfy big.
We met the good people at Cornerstone though and Gene the Label owner who helped make us feel more at home. We've got 2 shows tonight and my throat is gubbed so I'll need to see how far I get before I start singing like Barry White. Gotto dash but will check back soon with some photos and more news.

Just heard that Boston and Chicago are picking up on the new album in a big way. Its been play listed on a few radio stations there .....this could be it lads!!!

Terra D in da US

24 hours. 24 sodding hours traveling till we got to Atlanta. Our last plane was 5 hours late so we didnt board till half one in the morning here which is half seven our time. Roughly the same time as I had got up the day before. BUT WE'RE HERE!!! And thats the main thing.Even if I cant feel my face through sheer jet lag.
We haven't seen much of Atlanta yet. Today we venture out though.
People seem to have many names for the place. So far its been Hotlanta, Hellanta and Fatlanta. I'll keep you posted if we here any more.
We met up with Jarret who will be our tour manager for the next 3 weeks. He's a great guy and we'll be in good hands.

So I'm sit here in the luxury of our Motel 6 room getting ready to go and rehearse. Motel 6....i'm sure i've witnessed may people being killed horribly in Motel 6 rooms in the movies. Never mind ....It'll be great!!!!!
See you soon.
